Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and services.
Services
We provide professional dog grooming services as described on our website. The specific services available, their prices, and availability may change from time to time. We will always confirm the details of your booking before any service is provided.
Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability. Once confirmed, we will send you a confirmation via email and/or SMS. Our cancellation policy is displayed during the booking process and provides tiered refunds based on notice given.
Matting Policy
If your dog's coat is matted, we may need to clip shorter than your usual style to prevent pain and skin damage. This is always done in your dog's best interest. A matting surcharge may apply for the additional time and care required. You will be asked to acknowledge our matting policy during booking if you indicate any matting concerns.
Dog Behaviour
If your dog's behaviour during grooming poses a safety risk to themselves or our staff, we reserve the right to stop the groom. You will be contacted immediately and a partial or full charge may still apply depending on the work completed.
Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse grooming if vaccinations are not current. Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old and have had their first vaccinations before their first groom.
Photography
We may take before and after photographs of your dog for grooming records. With your consent, these may be shared on our website and social media. You can opt out at any time.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your dog.
- Informing us of any health conditions, behavioural issues, skin conditions, allergies, or special requirements.
- Ensuring your dog's vaccinations are up to date.
- Collecting your dog promptly when notified that the groom is complete.
Liability
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog. However, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing medical conditions, injuries arising from your dog's own behaviour, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of any veterinary emergency, we will seek immediate treatment and contact you and your named veterinary practice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
